We tried something and we do not regret it!
We tried to be something we were not: a coffee shop. We enjoyed the journey it has been and the connections we made over delicious coffee. It has brought us to understanding better what we want to bring to this world: The best coffee possible!
Point blank, nothing else. No frills. No sugar. Milk...eh sometimes, when its appropriate. From now on we are not a coffee shop. Our focus will be fully dedicated to the sensory experience of these rare, exciting, and experimental coffees from around the world. We value quality over quantity and our actions moving forward will always reflect this.

Sourcing
Our sourcing practices are rooted in building strong, personal relationships with the roasters we work with. We know our roasters well and carefully select those who prioritize direct trade, ensuring that farmers receive fair compensation for their high-quality beans. By working directly with producers, we support transparency and sustainability in the coffee supply chain. This allows us to offer exceptional single-origin coffees that reflect not only unique flavor profiles but also a commitment to ethical sourcing practices. We believe that great coffee starts with strong partnerships and a focus on fairness and quality at every step.
Roasters
At our coffee bar, we partner with roasters from around the world who specialize in high-quality single-origin beans, each offering unique flavor profiles and distinctive processing methods. We carefully select roasters who prioritize sustainability and transparency, ensuring that every bean we serve not only tastes exceptional but is ethically sourced. By working with these passionate roasters, we support environmentally responsible practices and fair trade, allowing us to bring you a coffee experience that’s as conscious as it is delicious.
